AutoAgent Terms of Service

1. The service

AutoAgent is a Shopify app that generates and publishes marketing content — blog articles, product SEO metadata, and social media posts — for your store, on a schedule you control. By installing or using AutoAgent you agree to these terms.

2. Your accounts and content

You must own or have authority over the Shopify store, Facebook Page, and Instagram account you connect. Content is generated from your own product catalog and published only to accounts you explicitly connect. You are responsible for reviewing your module settings and for the content published to your channels; you can disable any module or disconnect any platform at any time in the app's settings.

3. AI-generated content

Content is produced by artificial-intelligence models. While we design the pipeline for quality and brand fit, AI output can contain errors or inaccuracies. You retain full ownership of and responsibility for content published to your store and social accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AutoAgent to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content, and to comply with Shopify's and Meta's own terms and policies for the accounts you connect. We may suspend service to any store that violates these terms.

5. Fees

AutoAgent is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, pricing will be shown in the app and charged through Shopify's billing system with your explicit approval; existing users will be notified before any change affects them.

6. Data and privacy

Our privacy policy describes what we store, how credentials are encrypted, and how deletion works. Uninstalling the app deletes your data as described there.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or of third-party platforms (Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, AI providers) it depends on. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
