AutoAgent Terms of Service

1. The service

AutoAgent is a Shopify app by Web-Pex that writes and publishes marketing content for your store: daily Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest posts, product Reels and weekly blog articles, on a schedule you control. You can preview, change or skip every post before it goes out. By installing or using AutoAgent you agree to these terms.

2. Your accounts and content

You must own or have authority over the Shopify store, Facebook Page, Instagram account and Pinterest account you connect. Content is generated from your own product catalog and published only to accounts you explicitly connect. You are responsible for the content published to your channels; you can preview and skip any post, turn any kind of post off, pause autopilot or disconnect any platform at any time in the app.

3. AI-generated content

Content is produced by artificial-intelligence models. While we design the pipeline for quality and brand fit, AI output can contain errors or inaccuracies. You retain full ownership of and responsibility for content published to your store and social accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AutoAgent to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content, and to comply with Shopify's, Meta's and Pinterest's own terms and policies for the accounts you connect. We may suspend service to any store that violates these terms.

5. Plans and fees

AutoAgent has a Free plan and a paid Pro plan ($19 per month, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers; the price is shown on Shopify's plan page before you approve). Pro is billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, only after you approve the charge. You can cancel or change plan at any time in the app (Settings → Manage plan); when Pro ends, your store returns to the Free plan and keeps posting.

Pro posts are a monthly allowance: they refill on the 1st of each month, don't carry over, have no cash value and end when Pro ends. A Pro post only counts when it is actually published; skipped or failed posts are given back. Refunds are handled through Shopify's billing policies. We will announce price changes in the app or by email before they affect you.

6. Data and privacy

Our privacy policy describes what we store, how credentials are encrypted, and how deletion works. Uninstalling the app deletes your data as described there.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or of third-party platforms (Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Telegram, AI providers) it depends on. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
