How do I connect my Facebook Page?
Open AutoAgent in your Shopify admin → Platforms → "Continue with Facebook" → log in and approve. Your Page (and its linked Instagram Business account) connects automatically.
Which platforms does AutoAgent support?
Shopify blog and product SEO, Facebook Pages, and Instagram Business accounts. TikTok and Google Business are planned.
Why isn't Instagram posting?
Instagram requires a Business or Creator account linked to your Facebook Page. In the Instagram app: Settings → Account → Switch to professional account, then link it to your Page in your Page settings.
How do I turn off posting to a specific platform?
AutoAgent → Settings → Modules → find the platform → Turn off. Every module toggles independently.
How do I change what the AI writes?
AutoAgent → Settings → set the tone of voice, or write your own brand-voice guidance — the AI applies it to every post and article.
Is AutoAgent free?
Yes — AutoAgent is currently free. A paid plan with additional features may be introduced later; existing users will be notified in advance.
How do I uninstall?
Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → AutoAgent → Uninstall. Your tokens and settings are deleted immediately; all remaining data within 48 hours.
